Hikmat Kakar's Bio

Hikmat Kakar's Biography:

Hikmat kakar was born in 1993 in Kandahar, Afghanistan into a bright and well educated family, his mother is a house wife and father was a well known businessman of import and export in Kandahar, Afghanistan. 

Hikmat kakar graduated from high school in kandahar and left for india to resume higher education where he achieved bachelor degree in Business Administration specialized in general management, shortly after graduation he moved to Dubai-UAE and start working as real estate agent with McCone and Golden Dreams real-estate, while he was busy making his career in Dubai, he got introduced with the fundraisig team of the Presidential Candid Dr. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani for the Presidential election of 2014. he got interested and joined the team, he along with other members of the team succesfully organized fubdraising events for President Ghani and collected huge amount of fund for the  election campaign. When Dr, Ashraf Ghani won the election in 2014 Hikmat Kakar continued his career in real-estate, in 2015 he was asked by the team of President Ghani to join as Protocol Manager position where he organized and facilitate President Ghani foreign and local trips, conferences, meetings and public sessions, during his services he continued his higher education in part-time and recieved Masters degree in Business Administration at one of private universities in 2018-Kabul. 

While Dr. Hamdullah Mohib was appointed as National Security Advisor in 2018, Hikmat Kakar was asked to join facilitate and organize meetings with a position of Special Assistant to NSA, after a succesful two years services with NSA as special assistant, in 2020 he got promoted to lead the South Asia desk at the directorate of International Relations at National Security Council. At the beggining of 2021 he got appointed at the Directorate General of Secretariate of NSC leading the policy section focusing on preventing civilians Casualities during war untill August 15-2021.
